I recently had the privilege of taking a sushi course from a well-known chef (Masato Kijima sensei) in Japan, and it was a remarkable experience! 🍣🇯🇵
Throughout the course, we learned the secret of selecting the freshest fish, the art of transforming it to sashimi, and forming perfect sushi. Kijima-sensei was patient, encouraging, and ensuring that a beginner like me can grasp the techniques.
And of course, tasting the sushi we made was a true treat – fresh, delicious, and unforgettable! 🇯🇵🥢 🤤
